Control, the brilliant mind behind SafeHouse, Milwaukee’s covert headquarters for spies and agents since 1966, is recruiting a stealthy and skilled Cook III to join the back-of-house culinary intel team. If you have a passion for crafting delicious dishes, mastering your station with precision, and delivering flavors worthy of top-secret missions, this is your calling—should you choose to accept it. Behind our hidden red door lies a world of espionage-inspired dining, complete with secret passages, two-way mirrors, and global intrigue. But none of it works without a talented culinary crew. As Cook III, you’ll execute our menu with skill and speed, keeping every plate mission-ready for our agents in the field (a.k.a. our guests).

Your Mission Objectives :

Execute assigned recipes and station prep with stealth, accuracy, and consistency.

Cook and plate dishes to perfection, ensuring every mission (service) is a success.

Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stations—no agent likes a messy operation.

Monitor food quality and freshness, following all food safety and sanitation protocols as if they were classified procedures.

Collaborate with fellow kitchen operatives to ensure smooth, coordinated service under high-pressure conditions.

Assist with inventory, prep, and special assignments as directed by Control (a.k.a. your manager).

Adapt quickly to changing orders or special requests—because in the spy world, anything can happen.

What We’re Looking For in a Culinary Operative :

Previous line or prep cooking experience required; high-volume or themed restaurant experience a plus.

Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

A team-first mentality—your mission’s success depends on collaboration.

Physical stamina to stand for long shifts, bend, lift, and handle hot / cold items.

Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
