Job descriptionActive LPCC license in California (required). Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred. Comfortable using telehealth platforms. Strong communication, empathy, and time-management skills. Competitive pay structure (hourly or salaried). Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in EHR systems.
- Participate in case consultations and ongoing training sessions.
