Roles and Responsibilities
We are actively seeking a visionary and accomplished professional to assume the role of Director of Service Lifecycle Management in the Industrial and Process Vertical (I&P).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for :
- Strategic Leadership : Provide strategic direction for the Service Lifecycle Management Offering. Develop and execute plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring the seamless integration of SLM into the broader digital strategy for our I&P client base and targets.
- Field engagement : work closely with the field Sales organization of Client Partners CP and Client Relationship Managers CRM to create effective commercial proposals, driving the engagement through close and implementation.
- Service Optimization : Oversee the development and optimization of end-to-end service processes, emphasizing efficiency and quality, driving continuous improvement initiatives to to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaboration : Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, working closely with Digital Thread leaders, Delivery engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate SLM seamlessly into the digital ecosystem.
- Technology Integration : Lead the integration of SLM technologies within the Digital Thread framework. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, ensuring our Digital Thread offerings remain innovative and competitive.
- Partner ecosystem : work with technology partners and hyperscalers to create accelerators to shorten the path from proposal, to deal, to implementation.
- Client Engagement : Build and nurture relationships at all levels (up to C-level), positioning the organization as a trusted partner for end-to-end service solutions.
Interact with clients at a strategic level to understand their service needs and expectations.
Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the SLM effectiveness. Implement data-driven insights to enhance service delivery.
Skills (Must Have)
- 10+ years in PLM, SLM and the Digital Thread field
- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and inspire matrix teams toward common objectives. Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving results.
- Digital Thread Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Digital Thread concepts and their application to SLM.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with relevant technologies, including PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), IoT (Internet of Things), and other digitalization tools.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management : Strong client-facing skills with experience in building and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals.
- Analytical Thinking : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
