We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager & Quality Assurance Specialist located in Latam to lead software development projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the development lifecycle. This hybrid role combines strategic project management with hands-on quality assurance activities, making it ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can balance big-picture project coordination with meticulous quality control. The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between development teams, stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities : Project Management :

• Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects from initiation to closure. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Lead project meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
