The Project Manager I Training Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that enhance workforce capability, support organizational initiatives, and ensure project success. This role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of training practices and techniques, coupled with the ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. The Training Lead ensures that employees and end users are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Training Program Development & Delivery

Design, implement, and facilitate engaging training programs across various delivery methods (in-person, virtual, and blended).

Lead training-related projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met.

Identify gaps in skills and knowledge across teams and propose targeted training solutions.
