Attorney – Fiduciary Litigation
Law Office of Joblin C. Younger, P.C.
Boutique Beverly law firm seeks a full-time fiduciary litigation attorney. Our practice focuses on trust and estate planning and administration, including conservatorships, guardianships, probate litigation and corporate matters. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently and as part of a team; be self-motivated with a strong work ethic; analytical and curious; and have a solution-oriented disposition.
Primary Duties Include :
- Meeting with clients and preparing all documents and pleadings needed for litigation
Conducting discovery
Scheduling and attending motion and interim hearingsTrial preparation and trial presentationManaging calendar and tracking systems for all cases and deadlinesAssisting manager partnerExpanding the litigation practice through networkingPitching in as needed with other facets of the practiceQualifications :
Experience : Admission to Massachusetts bar in good standing2-4 years of probate and / or superior court experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and emerging technologiesFamiliarity with client management software (Clio preferred)Familiarity with Probate & Family Court rulesSkills : Strong written, verbal, and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to multitask on short-term and long-term projects simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Compensation :
