Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and efficient Customer Service Representative for an exciting opportunity in San Marcos, California.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to pull orders from the shared email inbox and email customers as needed to clarify orders and respond to inquiries.
  • Enter customer orders in the ERP system.
  • Manage a high volume of product and customer / shipping information with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
  • Report to the Customer Service Supervisor and provide updates on customer interactions.

Key Knowledge / Skills / Experience

  • Ability to learn and retain a high volume of product information.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Key Soft Skills

  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a dependable work ethic and a can-do attitude.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
  • Requirements

  • Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 40 hours / week, with occasional half-day on Saturdays; start time TBD but may be as early as 5 / 6 AM.
