Warehouse Administrator

Location : Grand Rapids, MI

Schedule : Full-time | Day shift hours, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM Monday-Friday

Pay : $18 / hr

Position Summary :

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for overseeing warehouse documentation, supporting inventory management, and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations. This role is critical to keeping shipping, receiving, and production workflows running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate warehouse records, including inventory counts, shipping and receiving logs, and order documentation.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and inventory adjustments using warehouse management or ERP systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate shipments.
• Assist with scheduling shipments, deliveries, and material movements within the warehouse.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse organization and workflow efficiency.
