Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assemblies for lawn care equipment.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
• Interpret and work from blueprints.
• Complete sub-assemblies or full assemblies independently or in teams.
• Ensure excellent attendance with no more than one day missed per month.
• Does not involve assembly line work, as you will be responsible for the complete assembly of products from start to finish.
• Will work from blueprints to complete sub-assemblies independently or collaborate in two-person teams for full assemblies

Work Environment

Work in a medium-sized, climate-controlled shop that is not noisy or loud. The space is filled with products, yet provides ample room to work. Employees may work alone or with partners to complete assemblies. Training includes guidance from a trainer. The role operates on a 1st shift from 6 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Thursday. Fridays are typically optional, with rare mandatory shifts only until mid-day. The work culture is relaxed, with a focus on maintaining productivity.
