Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a data pipeline modernization program within the banking and capital markets industry. The ideal candidate will have strong technical program management experience, preferably within the fraud domain, along with experience in enterprise ETL/ALT and data warehousing environments.
Responsibilities

Own project and program plans, RAID logs, and milestone tracking across delivery workstreams.

Coordinate with architecture, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Lead status reporting and governance forums, including Scrum of Scrums.

Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.

Manage resources, dependencies, and vendor/partner coordination across onshore and offshore teams.

Track budget, capacity, and burn against plan.

Drive coordination across multiple teams and delivery workstreams.

Communicate program status, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders.

Manage governance for multi-team and multi-location technology programs.
Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical program or project management.

Strong experience managing technology delivery programs.

Banking and/or capital markets industry experience.

Strong experience in the fraud domain.

Experience managing multi-team, multi-location programs with onshore and offshore teams.

Working knowledge of enterprise ETL/ALT and data warehousing concepts.

Direct experience with Ab Initio, Informatica, or other legacy ETL/ALT tools/software.

Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent PM tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data pipeline modernization programs.

Experience with enterprise data transformation or migration initiatives.

Banking fraud or financial crime technology experience.

Experience working with architecture, engineering, QA, and business teams.

Strong understanding of technical dependencies and enterprise data environments.
Candidates must be authorized to work on W2 and must be visa independent.
