EXPECTATIONS FOR ASSISTANT General Manager

A motivated individual, whose passion for COACHING paired with a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence supports the General Manager and acts as the Head Coach to lead great classes, lead tours, and interact with potential and existing members.

What You'll Be Doing:

Coaching & Center Operations:

• Coach with Confidence: Deliver our unique curriculum focused on strength, cardio, and mobility for 55+ athletes
• Build Strong Bonds: Connect with members & grow the StrongerLife community

Sales: Support the General Manager with sales activities, including:

• Tours: Lead 1:1 and Group Tours and inform potential members on the benefits of StrongerLife, group memberships, personal training, and convert lead to members
• Community: Daily engagement with members, prospects and leads, and attend local events to drive awareness of StrongerLife.
