Job Description

Training Client + 2/3 (type BTS or License pro) in the field of aeronautics, maintenance, or mechanical engineering,

At least 2+ years of experience in maintenance with the following knowledge:

• The Airbus Aircraft account any program,
• Specific documentation: Service Bulletin
• Knowledge of tools: SAP PCS, SAP ERP, SAP, SUPREM, SAMM DACAS
• Have a good sense of organization
• Have input experience in computer tools
• Know how to work in an emergency

Here is the list of tasks that will be assigned to you:

• Monitor and coordinate the production of Service Bulletin from the opening of the offer to the dispatch
• Ensure daily monitoring and proper scheduling
• Sort selected technical offers and support them
• Fill in the information in Airbus tools
• Support/Alert focal points in case of risks of missed deadlines
• Perform a check of the bulletin service during the Technical Approval phase
• Ensure the quality of the file as well as its archiving
• Be the focal point within different departments
• Monitor many topics at the same time
