Are you organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? A well-established healthcare facility near Salisbury, MA is seeking a dependable Scheduler / Central Supply Clerk to join our team. This dual role is key to supporting our staff and helping us deliver quality care every day.

What You'll Do

Scheduling

• Build and maintain staff schedules to ensure proper coverage across all shifts

• Handle call-outs, shift changes, and last-minute staffing needs

• Track time-off requests and maintain accurate staffing records

• Communicate schedule updates clearly with staff and department leaders

Central Supply

• Order, receive, stock, and distribute medical and general supplies

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular counts

• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-labeled supply area

• Work with vendors on orders, deliveries, and pricing

• Track supply usage and help control costs

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in scheduling, inventory, or supply chain preferred; healthcare experience a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software

• Clear, friendly communicator who works well with a variety of people

• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and be on your feet as needed
