Entry Level Event Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to help plan and support promotional activities, brand presentations, and special events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating details, working with people, and helping create engaging experiences. No previous event coordination experience is required, as training and mentorship will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing event schedules, materials, and setup requirements.
• Help prepare event spaces, displays, signage, and promotional supplies.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure activities are ready on time.
• Welcome attendees and provide general information during events.
• Monitor event areas to ensure they remain organized and presentable.
• Assist with event breakdown and the storage of supplies after activities.
• Help identify ways to improve event organization and attendee experiences.
