Primary Purpose :

Highly creative graphic designer and visual storyteller who can effectively translate conceptual ideas into dynamic representations, both in print and electronic media that amplifies the diverse work of the Harris County Department of Education across multiple channels for all stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Education / Certification :

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts and / or design with emphasis on marketing, advertising, or public relations is preferred or equivalent work experience in the area of creative / graphic design.
