Responsibilities for BCaBA Role :
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in executing BIPs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated services for children.
- Gather and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust BIPs as needed.
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
Qualifications for BCaBA Position :
Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis or a related field.Board certification as a behavior analyst or currently enrolled in BCABA or BCBA courses.2 years of experience working with children with autism and / or developmental disabilities.Benefits for BCaBA Role :
