Responsibilities for BCaBA Role :

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in executing BIPs.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated services for children.
Gather and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust BIPs as needed.
Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.

Qualifications for BCaBA Position :

Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis or a related field.

Board certification as a behavior analyst or currently enrolled in BCABA or BCBA courses.

2 years of experience working with children with autism and / or developmental disabilities.
