Responsibilities may include but are not limited to carpet cleaning, preparing floors to clean, buff, or refinish them, performing buffing and refinishing activities to ensure that designated floors are kept shiny and clean, operating floor care equipment such as automatic scrubbers, floor machines, and dry vacuums, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, notifying building management of any repairs required, mixing and disposing of all cleaning solutions properly, and multi surface / window cleaning.

Qualifications include effective oral communication, experience in cleaning / restoration preferred, high school diploma / GED, IICRC certifications preferred, ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary, and the ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Physical and work environment requirements include the ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, exposure to chemicals, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing, ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights, ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings), and repetitive pushing / pulling / lifting / carrying objects.

This is a full-time position. Evening shift : 5p-1 : 30a Monday-Friday (no overtime).

Compensation : $14.00 per hour.
