Responsibilities :
- Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Supervise subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address issues and maintain quality standards.
- Mentor project team members to foster professional growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Experience working as Lead Superintendent in Miami or Broward with strong connections with Subs.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury residential multifamily construction management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
