We are a fast-growing, high-energy team dedicated to providing seamless experience for our customers.
We are looking to add a BDC/CSI Representative to act as the primary point of contact for our incoming digital and phone inquiries.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As a BDC.CSI Representative, you are the voice of our company.
You will manage the sales pipeline by turning leads into scheduled appointments.

• Lead Management: Promptly respond to inbound internet leads, emails, texts, and phone inquiries.
• Outbound Outreach: Follow up with existing customers, past inquiries, and cold/warm leads to uncover new opportunities.
• Appointment Setting: Guide prospects through their initial questions and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
• CRM Maintenance: Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and follow-up schedules in our database.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on our latest inventory, promotions, and services to confidently answer customer questions.
