Creative Director
to lead our branding and graphic design initiatives, supporting our digital communication programs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of a forward-thinking organization and make a significant impact on our industry.
This role will be hybrid and will need to be local to our HQ in Tysons.Role Overview :
As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading our creative team in developing and executing branding strategies, graphic design initiatives, and digital communication programs.
You will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's visual identity and enhancing our digital presence.Key Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy :
Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with our company's goals and values.Graphic Design :
Oversee the creation of visually stunning and effective design materials, including but not limited to logos, marketing collateral, websites, and social media content.Digital Communication :
Lead the design and execution of digital communication programs, including email campaigns, social media visuals, and website design.Team Leadership :
Manage and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Quality Control :
Ensure that all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines, maintain a high standard of quality, and resonate with our target audience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to integrate branding and design into overall business strategies.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in branding and digital communication.
Proficiency in design software, with expertise in at least one of the following : Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Strong portfolio showcasing your work in branding, graphic design, and digital communication.Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in the healthcare or financial industry.Knowledge of industry-specific design trends and regulations.Familiarity with emerging design technologies and tools.
