Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

• Design data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs
• Lead Salesforce application configuration and customization, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and declarative features
• Collaborate with administrators on effective use of out-of-the-box Salesforce features
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems
• Develop data migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies
• Define and enforce Salesforce development and deployment governance policies
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
• Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Mentor administrators in Salesforce technologies
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends

Requirements:

• 3 to 7+ years of related experience
• Experience with integration tools and technologies
• Experience with migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce design patterns, platform features, capabilities, and limitations
• Extensive technical expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative tools
• Extensive technical expertise in Salesforce data management and manipulation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling and database design principles
• Knowledge of API integration
• Ability to architect end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals and requirements
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
