A leading rehabilitation hospital in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a Wound Program Coordinator to join its growing clinical team!

Pay: $29.08 - $38.46/hourly

Wound Program Coordinator Opportunity:

Wound Program Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate wound care services in accordance with regulatory standards and physician orders
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement wound care treatment plans
  
• Educate patients, families, and hospital staff on wound care best practices
  
• Monitor wound healing progress and recommend appropriate interventions
  
• Maintain current knowledge of wound care advancements and evidence-based practices
  

Wound Program Coordinator Qualifications:

• Current RN, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist license as required by facility type
  
• CPR certification required
  
• Minimum of one year of wound care experience required
  
• Ongoing wound care education and professional development required
  
• Strong communication, decision-making, and independent practice skills
