Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mental health counseling to clients, ensuring a positive and engaging client experience during remote sessions.
• Regularly consult with licensed staff regarding ongoing cases and participate in monthly consultations to enhance clinical acumen.
• Contribute to the onboarding and continued professional development of new staff members, sharing insights and providing mentorship.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to effectively address client needs and facilitate progress towards their treatment goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Actively participate in team meetings, offering insights and solutions to elevate client care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is primarily on children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Counselors are encouraged to create safe and inclusive environments for clients, enabling them to express themselves freely and work through their concerns in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure in the State of California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, reflecting your qualifications to provide therapeutic services.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience working in outpatient care, demonstrating a solid understanding of clinical practices and engagement techniques.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple client cases effectively while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Strong clinical boundaries and ethical standards to promote client well-being and safety.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in trauma-informed care or trauma-focused therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, which will facilitate client documentation and care coordination.
• A track record of interdisciplinary collaboration providing insights on holistic patient support.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a robust benefits package.
