Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialities in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Critical to this role is strong communication and strong collaboration with patients, providers, and other members of our team. At least 2 years of experience and exceptional skill is required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Provide skilled nursing care in various specialties including Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, and Operating Room.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Manage case documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Provide hospice care to patients with advancing age, frailty, and serious illness.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years hospital, home health, or hospice care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience in multiple nursing specialties such as ICU, ER, Psychiatric, or Labor & Delivery.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Special Considerations:

• Must complete documentation requirements with ATI prior to assignment clearance.
• Candidates with prior ATI employment within the last year are not eligible for rehire until one year separation.
• On-call duties are not applicable for this position.
• Equipment will be provided during interview process.
• Parking and dress code information provided on first day.

Scheduling:

• Day shift schedule with 40 hours per week.
• Holiday weeks require 32 hours per week.
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times regular rate.
• Weekly billing cycle.
