Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic activities, ensuring they understand and are comfortable with the exercises designed to improve their mobility and strength.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques to manage physical issues and promote wellness through self-care strategies and home exercise programs.
• Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records of ranges of motion, strength improvements, and functional gains.
• Prepare the therapy spaces and ensure all tools and supplies are organized and ready for use to facilitate efficient treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists, to provide coordinated care that optimizes rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide a supportive environment, offering encouragement and motivation to patients during their rehabilitation processes.
• Maintain professional standards by adhering to ethical guidelines and legal regulations concerning patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
