Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities as an LICSW will include:

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments.
• Conducting regular assessments of clients’ emotional and behavioral health, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and clinical judgment.
• Documenting all patient interactions, treatment progress, and clinical notes accurately and in compliance with departmental policies and best practices.
• Facilitating crisis intervention sessions to address immediate emotional needs, applying direct therapeutic techniques to help stabilize clients.
• Organizing and participating in program planning and service delivery to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
• Engaging with families and support systems, providing guidance on treatment plans and transitional care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals grappling with serious mental health issues, substance use disorders, and complex personal challenges exacerbated by environmental stressors. You will play a critical role in supporting these patients as they navigate their circumstances, offering tailored interventions and resources to help them achieve stability and foster resilience.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience as a social worker in an outpatient mental health setting.
• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure in the state of Washington as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Adeptness in using computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, for documentation and communication.
• The ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

While not required, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Experience working in a detox or recovery environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
