Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain an understanding of each client’s unique mental health status and needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that resonate with the goals and aspirations of clients, ensuring alignment with their overall well-being.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies to facilitate effective, positive change.
• Manage teletherapy sessions as needed, ensuring continuity of care and providing support to clients in a manner that suits their situations and preferences.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, addressing urgent mental health issues with sensitivity and expertise.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
