Live-In CaregiversComForCare Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate live-in caregivers to provide continuous support to clients who require assistance in the comfort of their homes. This role is ideal for caregivers who are experienced, reliable, and committed to promoting safety, dignity, and independence for the individuals they serve.Compensation & Benefits:$250/day, with flexibility to negotiate based on experience and case requirementsRoom and board included (private room)Access to home facilities including kitchen, bathroom, and shared living spacesOpportunities for ongoing training and skill developmentSupport from an experienced care coordination teamFlexible live-in scheduling based on client needsNational Caregiver of the Year programKey Responsibilities:Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility supportOffer companionship and emotional supportPrepare meals and assist with feeding when necessaryPerform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environmentProvide medication reminders as directed in the care planMonitor, observe, and report changes in the client's conditionOffer overnight supervision as neededCollaborate with the Care Team to ensure quality and continuity of careQualifications Required:Minimum 18 years of ageCNA certificationAbility to pass a background checkAuthorized to work in the United StatesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCompassion, patience, and professionalism when working with seniors and individuals with disabilitiesPreferred:1+ year of professional caregiving experienceExperience with dementia care, Parkinson's, Autism, etc.Compensation: $250.00 per dayWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
