Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role will include a diverse array of responsibilities that may be customized based on the unique needs of your patients:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health issues and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidenced-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to effectively meet the diverse needs of patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure high standards of documentation.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate regular case reviews and professional consultations to enhance your practice and the overall quality of care delivered to patients.
• Educate and empower patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your practice to continuously improve treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position emphasizes working with diverse patient populations within a hospice setting. As an LCSW, you will focus on addressing the mental health needs of patients facing terminal illnesses, providing them with emotional support, and assisting their families during a challenging time in their lives. Your work will contribute to enhancing their quality of life and ensuring they receive compassionate care tailored to their emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, underscoring your academic expertise.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in delivering psychotherapy services, to underscore your competence in the field.

Compensation and Benefits

At Arrowhead Mental Counseling Center, we recognize the invaluable contributions of our team members. The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
