Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional challenges, and treatment needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to foster client growth.
• Track and document clients' progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients in crisis, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, client-centered care, ensuring all aspects of clients’ needs are addressed.
• Engage in regular professional development, including webinars, workshops, and peer supervision to enhance skills and stay current in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from children to adults, presenting with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral disorders. Your role will encompass working with diverse cases, and you will be encouraged to employ innovative and empathetic therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's background and needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnosis, with a keen understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy and commitment to supporting clients’ mental health journeys.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.
• A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of three years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, working with diverse populations.
• Experience in a community health environment is a plus, as it equips you to navigate the unique challenges of varied client backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits
