BDC Service Scheduler / Service Appointment CoordinatorSmith Haven Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a BDC Service Scheduler / Service Appointment Coordinator. We are a very busy dealership with plenty of earning opportunity! BDC/Receptionist Experience a Plus but not necessary, we will pay to train!Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Schedule! Weekends off! This is a commission based job.An employee in this position will earn a base weekly salary plus commission!Responsible for:Logging potential customer information into computer systemSetting service appointments with existing and potential customersFielding phone call and email inquiries coming into the dealershipFollowing up with customers after visiting the dealershipWork closely with sale and service departments to create a pleasant customer experienceThis is an exciting opportunity to join a great company with generous employee benefits and a great work culture!
