Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and goals, focusing on children and adolescents.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs, integrating evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
• Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of client progress, adjusting treatment goals as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with established regulations.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of assigned clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and apply best practices in social work and therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will work collaboratively with families to provide education and support, ensuring the holistic care of clients within their communities.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or a related mental health field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Minimum of three years of experience providing outpatient mental health services, specifically with children and adolescents.
• Ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the profession with a focus on client safety and well-being.
• Willingness to undergo a personal background investigation as mandated by the State of California.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules to accommodate operational needs, including possible evening and weekend sessions.

Preferred Experience

Experience with crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and familiarity with behavioral health treatment protocols will be highly advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
