Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work schedule effectively while still benefiting from regular collaboration with your team. Our digital platforms enable seamless communication, case management, and client interactions, optimizing your engagement with clients and allowing for effective outreach in a virtual setting. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a consistent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to identify specific needs and challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools and evidence-based practices.
• Develop personalized care plans that address the specific circumstances and goals of each client, ensuring alignment with their treatment journey.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to promote client engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to coordinate care and facilitate referrals to additional services as necessary.
• Lead support groups and family sessions, providing guidance and resources that empower clients to enhance their coping skills and build resilience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on diverse adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from different backgrounds, offering culturally competent and compassionate care tailored to their unique circumstances. Engaging with clients remotely, you will need to establish trust and rapport quickly while navigating the nuances of virtual communication.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current and active LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting clinical assessments and formulating strategic care plans tailored to client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in virtual settings.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a community health or outpatient environment.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Familiarity with current mental health treatment modalities and community resources available in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
