Role Description This is a part-time and full-time remote role for a Financial and Life Insurance Agent. The role involves assisting individuals and families in achieving financial independence by offering tailored insurance and financial planning solutions. Responsibilities include selling insurance products, providing expert financial advice, fostering client relationships through exceptional customer service, and helping clients navigate insurance options. Agents will also assist in growing the organization’s network by mentoring and motivating new agents. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales and team development Great skills in Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships Willingness to learn and understand insurance products and market trends Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Licensure or willingness to obtain licensure as an insurance agent Experience in leadership, business building, or mentoring is an asset A passion for helping families secure their financial future and achieve their goals #J-18808-Ljbffr
