Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to help them regain strength and mobility.
• Utilize various therapeutic methods, including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance recovery.
• Continuously track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Provide education and training for patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and the use of assistive devices to encourage adherence to treatment protocols.
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops and participating in professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Elite Providence, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children recovering from surgery or injury, adults managing chronic conditions, and elderly patients seeking to improve mobility. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy is mandatory.

• Flexibility and adaptability to handle varying patient needs and treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
