Senior Litigation Associate / Counsel

Berger Fink LLP is a rapidly growing commercial litigation boutique specializing in real estate and business disputes. We are seeking a Senior Litigation Associate or Counsel to join our team.

What You Will Do

• Case Management: Lead and manage complex litigation and novel legal matters with direction but limited supervision.
• Advocacy: Handle court appearances on substantive motions and appellate arguments.
• Drafting: Produce high-quality pleadings, motions, appellate briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for clients and effectively manage relationships with opposing counsel.
• Discovery: Oversee and execute complex written discovery and electronic discovery strategies.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years of substantive commercial litigation practice.
• Specialization: Strong background in real estate litigation or commercial contract disputes is highly preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional legal research, analytical capability, and precise writing skills.
• Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in New York.

Schedule & Benefits

• Salary Range: $215,000 to $275,000 (commensurate with experience).
• Work Structure: Hybrid schedule (flexible blending of remote and in-office work at our Forest Hills location).
