Customer Service Representative - 3309USA:TX:Schertz | Customer Service | Full-TimeResponsibilities of Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and servicesProcessing customer phone ordersChecking availability of stock and shipping datesQuoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computerAssisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing productsAssisting with the day-to-day shipping and receiving of UPS/FEDEX and LTL shipmentsAssist the field service/shop service group with data entry, requesting po's and ordering parts for both field service and shop service jobs. Also be able to notify technicians of parts arrival and stage items for both departments accordinglyQualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:1 year of (rotating equipment) knowledgeExcellent communication skillsShould be enthusiastic and able to work independentlyMust have experience performing most of the functionsPrior inside sales/customer service experienceData entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is requiredAdditional Information:Physical Demand: Sitting for long periods of time, lifting boxes onto tables Working Conditions: Majority of time will be in office.
