Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate insight-driven profiles of clients' mental health conditions and their individual needs.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans which effectively align with clients' therapeutic goals, ensuring holistic progress and promoting their overall quality of life.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients through teletherapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches that encourage healing and promote positive transformation.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention as necessary, addressing urgent mental health concerns with professionalism, empathy, and swift action.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in fields related to Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A compassionate, empathetic disposition along with a non-judgmental approach in facilitating clients' mental health journeys.
