Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote capacity, allowing mental health professionals to work flexibly from anywhere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying specific mental health needs and forming the basis for personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate clients’ progress in achieving their treatment goals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination meetings to ensure integrated treatment plans that address all aspects of client wellness.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with departmental policies while ensuring timely updates to electronic health records.
• Provide case management for assigned clients by coordinating with other health and community professionals, ensuring holistic care delivery.
• Engage in outreach activities when necessary, promoting mental health awareness and available services within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Zenea Care Counseling Center, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Our telehealth approach allows us to reach individuals who may benefit from mental health support but face geographical or logistical barriers to in-person care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW by the State of Georgia is mandatory.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees in counseling or social work are preferred.
• A commitment to work 10 to 40 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours based on demand and personal availability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in a similar role involving direct patient interaction.
• Experience with telehealth practices and platforms is an asset, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities beyond CBT, enhancing the breadth of treatment options you can provide.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and credentials.
