About the Organization

At Pure Motion Orthopedic Solutions, we pride ourselves on being a premier healthcare provider in the Fort Myers area. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our patients through comprehensive physical therapy services tailored to individual needs. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation in rehabilitation, using the latest treatment methodologies and evidence-based practices. We strive to foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and respect, ensuring our healthcare providers feel valued and supported in their roles.

Work Environment

The Physical Therapist role is set in a home care environment, allowing for personalized interactions with patients in the comfort of their own homes. This dynamic setting not only enhances therapeutic engagement but also enables our therapists to closely assess patients' daily living conditions, making it easier to tailor treatments effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and conditions, documenting treatment objectives, methods, and outcomes.
  • Administer hands-on therapy, employing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like electrical stimulation or ultrasound.
  • Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle changes to support recovery outside of therapy sessions.
  • Monitor, document, and analyze patient progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to enhance efficacy.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and implement new techniques to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Our Physical Therapists provide care for a diverse population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. You will work closely with patients of varying ages, from pediatric to geriatric, offering customized rehabilitation plans that address their unique needs.
