Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and resources, employing thorough analytical skills to develop meaningful insights.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care, maximizing treatment effectiveness.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services, providing immediate support and safety planning as necessary.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions, fostering community and shared understanding among participants.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and effective tracking of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Clinical Social Worker at Be Healthy Psychological Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients presenting with various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other trauma-related disorders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in creating a safe and trusting environment where clients can explore their challenges and work towards improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.
• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health setting, with specific experience in outpatient care being preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to applying these in practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong communication abilities and adeptness in client assessment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
