Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, incorporating therapeutic techniques tailored to individual goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Regularly document patient progress, adhering to best practices in record-keeping and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case reviews and contributing to team discussions about client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy and contribute to the organization’s growth.

Client Population

The clients you’ll work with encompass a diverse population, including individuals facing mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related challenges, and relationship difficulties. Our clients are seeking compassionate therapy solutions that help them achieve personal insights, growth, and healing.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Must possess a current, active license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to practice therapy.
• At least two years of experience in a similar mental health counseling role is preferred but not mandated.
• Demonstrated knowledge of best practices and record-keeping procedures related to client care.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation to support any in-community engagements necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Background in working with families and children in therapy settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for efficient documentation.
