Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a positive, trusting relationship with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose accurate mental health disorders, utilizing standardized tools and reports.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, circumstances, and personal goals.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, applying various methodologies to enhance therapy outcomes.
• Evaluate, monitor, and adjust treatment plans regularly based on ongoing assessments and client progress.
• Refer clients to specialists or community resources as necessary, playing a crucial role in their multidisciplinary care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience in providing individual, couples, and group therapy necessary to enhance client care outcomes.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage client loads, administrative tasks, and documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, reflecting your experience and contributions to our mission. In addition, we provide:
