Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Engage in therapeutic interventions, delivering weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through live video.
• Utilize advanced telehealth technologies to maintain patient records and documentation securely.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of adults facing various emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, life transitions, pain management, and end-of-life planning. Qualifications

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in providing cognitive behavioral therapy and utilizing other evidence-based approaches for adults.
• Experience in telemedicine and comfort using video conferencing technologies, enhancing client interactions.
