Key Responsibilities
- Connect & Recruit: Find, engage, and place top healthcare talent in career-changing opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Guide candidates through the hiring process and help them take the next step in their careers.
- Make the Match: Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and create winning outcomes for candidates and clients.
- Own Your Success: Leverage recruiting tools and technology to build your pipeline, hit goals, and celebrate placements.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of staffing agency recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting is a plus.
- Outgoing, relationship-driven, and passionate about helping people succeed.
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated by performance-based earning potential.
- Strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and a willingness to learn.
