Forklift Operator - 3rd Shift

Material Handler/Forklift

Pay: $19.50/hour
Shift Hours: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Overview

This is a hands-on warehouse position that involves more than operating a forklift. Qualified candidates must be comfortable working both on and off the forklift, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, picking orders, and handling warehouse materials.

We are looking for dependable individuals with strong forklift experience, excellent safety practices, and a commitment to minimizing product damage.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Pick, prepare, and move orders throughout the warehouse.
• Handle and transport products and materials.
• Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse duties.
• Perform physical tasks off the forklift as needed.
• Properly handle products to prevent damage.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of forklift operating experience required.
• Strong experience loading and unloading using a sit-down forklift.
• Ability and willingness to perform warehouse duties off the forklift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 40–50 pounds, including bags of seed.
• Team lifting available for heavier items.
• Strong attention to detail and safe product handling.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to successfully complete a forklift skills assessment.
