Private Client Trusts & Estates Associate

A prominent AmLaw-ranked firm with a national and international platform is seeking a Private Client Associate for its Florida offices (Boca Raton, Miami, or West Palm Beach).
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney with hands-on experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration, including a solid grounding in Florida state and federal tax law, looking to join a nationally recognized private client practice known for sophisticated work on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries. The practice holds a Band 1 ranking in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide and is consistently ranked among the top Trusts & Estates practices nationally.
Ideal candidates will bring demonstrated experience in domestic estate planning and tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies, spanning estate, tax, business succession, and asset protection planning, along with a track record of successfully managing trust and estate administration matters in and out of the Florida court system.
Requirements:
- Florida Bar admittance, in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in sophisticated private client matters involving trusts and estates
- Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
- Team-oriented, with an emphasis on collaboration
- Effective, proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
