The job typically involves the following duties:Setting up and adjusting the flow wrapper machine to ensure proper packaging of products.Monitoring the machine during operation to detect any malfunctions or deviations from standard performance.Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine to maintain its efficiency and longevity.Loading materials onto the machine and ensuring a continuous supply for uninterrupted operation.Inspecting the quality of the packaged products and making adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.Recording production data, such as quantities, types, and dimensions of materials produced.Collaborating with other team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.Operators may also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, managing the flow of materials, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed.Position Requirements:No high school diploma required.Ability to read and write EnglishComputer SkillsAbility to work the assigned shift schedule.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working in a cold environment of approximately 40 degrees.Comfortable standing for 8 hours a day.Observe Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)2+ years of Machine Operator experience.Associate Requirements:Background CheckAble to Lift 40 poundsStand for Shift DurationMust be at least 18 years oldNo Drug Test RequiredThe hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.50 - $19.50 per hour.
