You'll work from planned menus and recipes to prepare meals while also making sure individual dietary needs, textures, portions, and preferences are followed.You'll work alongside Culinary Aides and other members of the culinary team to keep meal preparation and service running smoothly—from preparing food and checking temperatures to making sure everything is ready when it's time to serve.Unlike a traditional restaurant kitchen, you're cooking for many of the same people each day.
