Utility Packer - URGENT HIRING - Up To 17/hr

Utility PackerWe are currently hiring for Utility Packers to work on a packaging line. The role involves sorting, bagging, boxing, and packaging frozen vegetables. This is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of three months.ResponsibilitiesDump, pack, and stack frozen products.Pack products into specifically labeled cases at a fast pace.Inspect products to remove blemishes and any foreign material.Perform sanitation of all packing lines.Follow all GMPs, Safety, Operation, and Sanitation programs.Work in a cold and wet refrigeration environment.Lift up to 50 lbs if needed.Essential SkillsGeneral labor experience.Packing and sorting skills.Experience with production work.Ability to perform quality assurance checks.Experience in a fast-paced production environment.At least 2-3 months of packing/production experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in warehouse packing is beneficial.Why Work Here?We offer a very competitive benefits package along with opportunities for growth and development. The shifts include: 1st shift from 6:45AM - 3:00PM (Monday to Friday), 2nd shift from 2:45PM - 11:00PM (Monday to Friday), and 3rd shift from 10:45PM to 7:00AM (Sunday to Thursday). Each shift includes two 20-minute breaks. Safety composite shoes and slip-resistant footwear are required, along with long pants without rips. No jewelry is allowed.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
